Payment of the bill: please pay CASH or with EC-CARD (you might increase your weekly spending limit at your bank before going on holiday). We are sorry, but we don’t accept credit cards.

Arrival: your room/apartment is available from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival. Please contact us if your arrival is scheduled later than 6 p.m.

Departure: please vacate your apartment by 10.30 a.m.

In case of cancellation, early departure or delayed arrival the Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions apply.
